Hello! I'm Esther
I’m Esther Oyiyechi Abel, an AI strategist and Mastercard Foundation Scholar with a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence in Business from Arizona State University, where I graduated with distinction (4.0 GPA). With a First-Class undergraduate degree in Information Management, I’m passionate about using AI to solve real-world challenges across education, business, and digital inclusion.

I’m skilled in AI product evaluation, NLP, data analytics, program design, and stakeholder engagement. My work focuses on creating ethical, inclusive AI systems that empower underserved communities. I’ve led AI-driven projects with Arizona State University, spoken on global stages like the ASU+GSV Summit and OpenAI x Journalism Seminar, and developed AI tools to support learning and operational efficiency.
As the founder of Opportunities Unlock, I lead a pan-African community of over 1,000 youths, providing mentorship, training, and access to life-changing opportunities. I also collaborate with universities and refugee communities in Africa to co-design inclusive education and tech pathways.
